1. Agreement to terms

By accessing spaceducators.com or booking a session you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. Description of services

Spaceducators matches students with independent tutors for one-to-one instruction, online or in person. We provide educational support only.

We provide learning assistance only. Students complete their own work. Our Academic Integrity Policy forms part of these terms.

3. User responsibilities

When using the service you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking
• Attend scheduled sessions or cancel within the notice period
• Complete your own assignments and assessments
• Treat tutors and staff respectfully
• Not record a session without the tutor's written consent
• Not resell, redistribute or publish session materials

4. Payment terms

• Single sessions are charged at the time of booking
• Packages are charged in full at purchase
• Monthly Unlimited renews automatically each month until cancelled
• All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable local tax
• Failed payments may suspend scheduled sessions until resolved

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Cancel or reschedule free of charge more than 24 hours before the session
• Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged in full
• A tutor who cancels will offer a replacement slot or a full credit
• Monthly Unlimited can be cancelled any time before the next renewal date

6. Refund policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: the first session is fully refundable within 24 hours, and unused package sessions are refundable on a sliding scale by days since purchase.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its content and our teaching materials are owned by Spaceducators or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials provided in your sessions for your own study.

Work you produce in a session remains yours.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spaceducators is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant any particular academic outcome, grade or admission result. See our Disclaimer page for detail.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email where we hold your address.
